Here, on Melancholy and Bacon, I jump headfirst into the topic of mental health with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of honesty. I’m just an everyday guy talking about what should be an every day subject. Things here are casual but candid, there won’t be any tiptoeing around topics. I will be openly discussing a subject that is often shuffled into the shadows and hopefully clearing away some of the fog around something so many live with. I’ll be sharing personal experiences and stories, covering current beliefs in the field and a few of my own evolving hypothesis. Maybe, with a dash of luck and a lot of information, we can break down the stigmas surrounding mental health. Whether you are struggling yourself or are simply curious to learn more, here you'll find open, honest, judgment-free conversation.
